One Direction is a British-Irish music band consisting of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, LouisTomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik.1
One Direction was formed in the bootcamp stage of The X Factor in 2010, when the judges felt that Styles, Tomlinson, Payne, Malik and Horan were too good to bounce, but not interesting enough to be soloists. The decision to put the five guys in the group wasmaking them very popular and were the only band that was included in the The X FactorTour 2011.
